Hi my name is Richard and I just want to say thanks for taking the time to visit my site. I set this site up to help anyone who is in a similar postion to me. I never really used to have a problem with weight, but I noticed that it started to become an issue after I reached my mid thirties. I started to notice that there was a sudden appearance of a fat gut around my waist. I thought that I would do a bit of exercise and cut back on food a little. This used to work fairly well when I was younger but it didn’t seem to work as well as I was getting older.
I think when you are younger you can pretty much do anything and it will work for you, but as father time starts to creep up on you, things don’t seem so easy anymore. To be truthful, it did take me a bit of time to get a flatter stomach. I got pretty interseted in this subject and started to do a bit of research into it. I found that like myself many people initially approach the subject of losing fat from the stomach in the wrong way. Don’t get me wrong, most methods will work, but it takes time. I wanted a quicker way to do it, and I have found that there are quicker ways to do it.
